Terms of payment
PE-Redskaber accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, MasterCard and American Express, and MobilePay. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped.
PE-Redskaber encrypts all of your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
Delivery terms and conditions, Denmark
PE-Redskaber will, in Denmark, arrange for delivery with either Danske Fragtmænd (Danish Freight Forwarders) or with GLS (unless otherwise stated) on all working days to the recipient on the date requested in the order. However, timely delivery requires that Danske Fragtmænd or GLS comply with day-to-day delivery goals.
PE-Redskaber cannot be held responsible for delays at the shipping companies used. In the case of very late (several days) or confirmed missing deliveries, PE-Redskaber will naturally forward a new delivery free of charge.
Delivery to Bornholm and certain small islands is not covered by Danske Fragtmænd or GLS day-to-day delivery goals, as shipments to these areas can sometimes take two days. Delivery to the Faroe Islands and Greenland is charged at a different shipping price. PE-Redskaber delivery dates are always based on day-to-day delivery goals. As a customer, you may need to select the delivery date one day earlier to compensate for this. If your order is delivered by a freight carrier, the driver will probably use a pallet truck. Therefore, it is necessary that there are stable surfaces, such as asphalt, concrete or even paving stones.
If you do not have a stable surface, the carrier will place the shipment where he considers it safe to unload.
The access road to the unloading point must have a height clearance of 4 meters. Likewise, the width and other aspects of the access road must be such that the lorry (12-14 meters long) can easily drive along it.
If the carrier considers that the above requirements have not been met, the goods will be returned to the nearest freight depot. The item can subsequently be delivered or picked up by agreement. If extra journeys of any kind are to be made, the recipient / buyer will be liable for all shipping costs, based on the carrier's standard tariff list.
Important: If you anticipate problems with the unloading or access conditions when ordering, please contact PE-Redskaber to make further arrangements.
Delivery terms and conditions, international
Delivery of goods takes place from a warehouse in Denmark; therefore, freight charges are first calculated when the order is packed. If a total price for an offer / order is required, please send an enquiry by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Delivery times vary from country to country.
In Denmark we deliver one or two weekdays after we have registered payment. If you wish to receive a delivery on a special date, you are welcome to make an enquiry. We will then endeavour to deliver the goods on the required date.
In countries outside Denmark, delivery time varies from country to country. Typically four to eight weekdays from registered payment.
Warranty terms and conditions
PE-Redskaber provides two years of warranty from the receipt of the goods, in accordance with The Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are discovered in the normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about errors and shortcomings, which should be discovered in an ordinary examination of the product, must be notified to PE-Redskaber immediately. The item must then be returned, within five days, for repair, replacement or by a credit agreement. In connection with complaints cases, PE-Redskaber will fund reasonable return transportation costs.
Liability for deficiencies
If there is a legally relevant deficiency in a delivered product, PE-Redskaber is only responsible for the deficiency itself, and the buyer can only claim for repair, proportionate rejection or replacement according to the rules of The Sale of Goods Act. PE-Redskaber is not responsible for any indirect losses or secondary losses, including operating losses, or other claims from any third parties.
